I composed this article for Animal Emergency Service and Perth Vet Emergency (t/a Animal Emergency Australia) for publication in Australian Dog Lover magazine.

I used my experience working as a frontline employee to develop a draft which was then edited and approved by one of the Directors (and founder), Dr Rob Webster. The target market was Australian pet owners so the dialogue was presented for their enjoyment while keeping the professional acumen and ‘voice’ required by my employer.
